Extruded aluminum canopies are rigid and more durable than roll formed. They are able to sustain concentrated loads such as walking on top, hail storms and hurricane winds. Rusco "Super Deck" canopies are extruded from aluminum alloy 6063 T6. Their finish is either anodized or painted with a polyester or Kynar paint. There are standard colors and custom choices.
